REFUNDS

We are so confident that you will make money with ProfitDuel that we offer a full 100% refund during your first 30 days if you are unhappy with our service.

Simply send an email to support@profitduel.com and request a refund of your membership.

This is only available within 30 days of your FIRST ever payment to us of any kind, including any trials. You will not be able to claim a refund if it has been more than 30 days since your first payment.

Existing customers/returning customers who take out a new subscription with us are not eligible. Strictly limited to one per person, household, IP address. Refunds will be denied if patterns of abuse are detected (such as abusing our $1 trial or our Refer a Friend Promotion).

How to cancel

All subscriptions can be cancelled via your "manage my Account" section by clicking the profile icon in the top right, then please go to the ‘membership’ tab.

If you are having trouble cancelling, please email support@profitduel.com.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and returned to your account. The vast majority of refunds will only take up to 48 hours, but there may be instances when the delay is longer. There is no cancellation fee and we will pay all the associated charges.
